Data Retention Timeline
-Initial Contract Period: Client data is retained for up to 12 months from the start of the contract or agreement.
-Purpose: Data is used only for necessary communications and collaboration.
-Cancellation: If services are canceled, relevant account data will still be retained.
-Payment & Invoicing: Retained for 6 years to comply with HMRC and tax regulations.
-Retained Account Campaign Data (for up to 12 months):
- Ranking reports
- Analytics reports/data
- Job sheets
- Work-related correspondence (both within and outside the initial agreement)
- Traffic data
- Relevant contact information
- Website files (where applicable)
- Other campaign or customer account documents
- Account notes
- Client written feedback
Your Rights to Information
-Initial Data Request: A copy of the initial data we collect is provided free at the start of a contract.
-Subsequent Data Requests: May incur a small fee under these conditions:
- Repetitive data requests over time
- Requests for large amounts of data over time
